Encrypter-X
Hiding files & key bundles
Encrypter-X provides a nice feature that allows to hide key bundles and also quite normal files (except PNG- and WAV-formats) in images of PNG format or audio files with WAV format. The automatic key bundle search not only searches for files in the bundle folders of the root directories of the accessible drives, but on all drives that were previously "marked" as well and exclusively for hidden key bundles.

When selecting a suitable "container", only images or audio files that have enough capacity to hold the file or key bundle will be offered. Hiding key bundles is one way to send them relatively securely, e.g. by email to a partner. The keys in one picture or piece of music among many will hardly be noticed.

However, the size of the files or keychains is limited. For example, common high-resolution photos in PNG format have sizes of 1800 x 2600 which limits the recording capacity to about 1.6MB. A large piece of music with e.g. 100MB in WAV format can hold about 6.5MB large files.

However, if these key sizes are sufficient and you don't want to leave your keys lying around "open" in the bundle folders, you can store them on a USB stick or SD card between several other images or music pieces.
