Encrypter-X
Secure key transfer
In an article about the use of OTP it is said that if you are only allowed to use the key once to decrypt an encrypted message and it must first be securely handed over to a partner, you might as well give them the unencrypted message. You can't argue with that, because there's actually something to it. But thanks to the MOTP procedure, we don't just transport one key during an initial key transfer, but a huge package that is sufficient for a large number of messages.

Nevertheless, these keys will eventually run out and new ones must be exchanged. This can be done again by means of a USB stick, SD card, or similar, but two Encrypter-X applications can also be connected directly to each other and transport keys in this way, and very securely, because the keys are then transported encrypted themselves.

When A and B want to exchange encrypted messages in a secure way, A creates a new bundle of keys and sends it encrypted from his Encrypter-X over a direct UDP connection to B's. It doesn't get any faster or more secure than that.
